Preliminary Assessment

1st round interviews assessing impact, motivation, and knowledge. Includes Aptitude and Computer Literacy tests.

Step 6
Short-listing

Inviting top performers from the 1st round to the 2nd round of competency-focused interviews.

Step 7
Competency Interviews

In-depth 2nd round interviews or full-day Assessment Centers (AC) focusing on Leadership and Strategy.

Step 8
Final Recommendation

Forwarding final short-list and assessment reports to the client for final selection and negotiation.
